Fine fibres plump and texturise for a fuller, thicker look. Works alone to tame brows or over brow pencil or powders to set colour and shape.The unique precision brush delivers perfect payoff to coat and define individual brow hairs. Tints fill in sparse brows and cover light blonde or grey brow hairs while blending in with natural hair colour. Gives all day hold and is water soluble to remove easily.
